Tom is easy to approach.
I can walk into his office any time and he always has time for me. If i communicate via email timely response always.
Newsletters/Staff Meetings/Monthly Meetings have improved communication. Provides info and updates--chance to ask questions, post concerns, etc.
Sometimes things get lost in the layers of email.

I think we try to have good communication, but sometimes there is a 'gap' between all Adult Ed staff groups (coordinators, secretaries, management).
Communication between secondary and Adult Ed needs improvement.

Maggie conducts meetings to cover important District information. News posted to portal is helpful for staying up to date.

The needs of my program are usally of great cost. But my Machines is the program. We need to keep these machines in good condition or my training suffers. I feel that these issues are not being taken care of promply.
We really need some updated equipment/building facilities but with budget, doing the best we can.
Often have to design work-arounds (i.e., tracking spreadsheets, lists, etc) because of deficiencies with Student Manager and poor organization of files on the portal.
I have trust in this school.
At times, not always clear--again an effort is being made to be factual in what we say.
Usually have to "vet" the information I receive to ensure it is accurate. Often get two different answers from two different people. Cannot trust all information. Some sources more reliable than others.

I really enjoy the weekly newsletter as it keeps me updated when attending staff meetings is not practical.
Director should be aware of all that is going on and present to staff.
I believe that there should be documented meeting minutes with action items and followup. Munites could be posted to a Google Drive folder for review and followup. Secretary meeting minutes should be shared with coordinators so that we are all on the same page. Again, minutes could be posted in Google Drive to reduce paper usage.
