For the size and number of buildings that you care for, the facilities department does a great job in keeping up with the work load.  When I do a WO it is usually done in a timely manner and as quick as possible.  Compared to other shool districts our building is maintaned as good if not better than most.  It's evident that they care for our health and safety.

Outside grounds upkeep needs more attention. Inside is usually very well kept up. Staff is great. Sometimes I put in a work order and it does not get attention for a while, so that is why I marked response time as needing improvement. Overall, most of my work orders are taken care of in a timely manner.

The only reason I had chosen the "completion of work" is that I know that parts and staff is limited (and was required to chose a block). I have no dissatisfaction with what the maintenance dept. does.

MY PHONE RINGER BELL HAS BEEN OUT FO 30 DAYS, ALSO HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CLOCK FOR 40 DAYS , STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LIGHITING IN LAB.

Grounds maintenance needs to be improved, e.g. weeds/mulch in beds around building, at entrance, around TEC building. Parking lot paving needs repair work

I dont really see anything that needs to be improved on. If they are asked for something, they respond immediately, even if they are doing something else or are at lunch etc. I really appreciate all of their help and what they do for the building. They are always kind and pleasant. Thanks!

The biggest issue would be the lack of soap and paper towels in the horseshoe area and inside of rooms 231C and 231D.  Paper towels are sitting on the counters and not in the dispensers.

When a facility request is made that requires multiple steps to complete the facility department should check with the department head or his/her secretary to see if the request has been completed.  There have been requests that have been partially completed which then required another facilty request.
