​Tips For Using​
  • ​​​​To gain full access to Portal, Sign In​.  Your username is wccc1\firstname.lastname.  There is no longer separation for internal vs external connections.  Your password is your WCCC computer password.
  • SLO:  Your SLO documents have been moved into the documents folder here on
  • We have included essential external links on the left navigation bar.  Additional links can be found at Staff Links
  • When accessing Ohio Public Schoolworks, be sure to select the drop menu ​​for Employee Safe, Student Watch, EZ Maintenance, IT Assist, or Staff Misconduct.  The default page is Health and Safety.
  • When accessing an external link, right click the link and open in a new tab if you wish to remain connected to Portal


​Tips For Using Citrix Remote Access

  • ​Download the Citrix Receiver from the Documents folder on this site or from your Apple or Android store
    • Make sure you get the Citrix Thick Client version 4.2.  You can download it from Documents here on the portal.​
  • Install the Citrix Receiver on your home computer, phone, or tablet
  • Your Citrix server address is:
  • Once the receiver is installed, navigate to in your web browser
  • Log into Citrix and applications and a remote desktop session will be made available to you
