In Google Chrome, install the Chrome Remote Desktop application
Launch the application from the Google Apps menu and click share
You will see a screen with a code on it, provide the code to the WCCC staff member who is helping you - remember that this gives full access of your computer to someone else. You should never provide this access to someone outside of the WCCC Technology Department or another trustworthy party.
